This is one of the salad with great nutrition and taste.
Ingredients for salad
- 1 cup of boiled beans, carrot and great peas
- I boiled potato
- 1/2 cup boiled beetroot
- 1/2 cup apple
- 1/2 cup pineapple
ingredients for Dressing/mayonnaise
- 1tbs butter/ghee
- 1 tbs maida/wheat flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tbs black pepper
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tbs salt
Method for Mayonnaise -Dressing
- Add butter in a kadai.
- Add maida/wheat flour
- Sorte it for 2 minutes
- Now, add milk. Stir it for 2 minutes OR till it gets thickened.
- Turn the gas OFF.
- Now add, salt to taste, 1/2 tbs black pepper, 1-1.5tbs sugar, 1/2 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs olive oil/butter.
Method for Salad
I. The above dressing, add all the mentioned vegetables and fruits.
2. Mix them and garnish.
3. Refrigerate it for an hour and serve it.
