MultiGrain Dhokla

Ingredients
1 -cup Rice
1/2 cup Tooar/Arhar Daal
1/2 cup masoor Daal
1/2 cup moong-chilka (breaked green moong) daal
1/2 cup urad daal
Raisins
Cashewnuts

Method

1.Soak the above daals and rice for 5-6 hrs (or overnight)
2.Drain the water and make fine paste with the blender. Add some water to blend properly

3.Make consistency as that of idly batter

4.Put the fine paste for fermentation for 5-6 hrs.
5.After fermentation, add salt, cashewnuts, raisins.
6.Steam the above dhokla mixture (in steamer for 15 mins)
7.Serve hot with any chutney.
