Ingredients:
- Full cream milk - 2 litres
- Sugar - 1/2 tea cup (A regular cup)
- Cardamoms - 10
Process:
- Take iron or any heavy pan on a gas
- Add milk to it. Keep flame on HIGH.
- Keep on stirring the milk.
- We have to keep on stirring till the milk remains to one third of quantity OR when it get thickens This thickening of milk will take around one hour. Now turn the gas on MEDIUM or SLOW flame.
- When milk thickens, add sugar and crushed cardamoms and keep stirring.
- After again 5-10 minutes of stirring after step 5, turn the gas OFF and let the mixture cool down. In case of iron pan, turn the mixture to some glass or steel pan.
- After the mixture is cooled down, keep it in freezer of 5-6 hours.
- After 5-6 hours, take the mixture out of freezer and blend it in a mixer.
- Now, turn the smoothen mixture of kulfi in kulfi jars or any pan of your choice and keep them again in freezer for 8 hours.
- Enjoy the creamy and yummy kulfi !!
