Chai (tea) masala

This masala when added in chai makes it healthier and tastier.

Ingredients

  1. Dalchini (cinnamon) 4-5 sticks
  2. Saunth (dry ginger) 3 tbs
  3. Iliachi (cardamom) - 10-12
  4. Laung ( cloves) 8-10
  5. Kaali mirch 8-10

All the above ingredients should be free from moisture content (dry them in sun for 2-3 hrs)

Method:

Grind finely all of them together. Chai masala is ready. Add 1/2 tbs
Of masala in a cup of two chai in the beginning . Make the tea as usual.

Add masala as the water for making tea begins to boil

Serve healthy and tasty chai with cookies
