This masala when added in chai makes it healthier and tastier.
- Dalchini (cinnamon) 4-5 sticks
- Saunth (dry ginger) 3 tbs
- Iliachi (cardamom) - 10-12
- Laung ( cloves) 8-10
- Kaali mirch 8-10
All the above ingredients should be free from moisture content (dry them in sun for 2-3 hrs)
Grind finely all of them together. Chai masala is ready. Add 1/2 tbs
Of masala in a cup of two chai in the beginning . Make the tea as usual.
